Example of 21st Century Learning

The following Youtube link will bring you to a video that demonstrates in part what 21st Century looks like.  Singapore is considered a world leader in innovative education, and there are principles of teaching and learning we can take away from their example. Although they may have a different clientele and support system, my question is what can we learn from their examples?
